  In order to be classified as a Worker Retraining individual, the person must:
 
1.  Currently be drawing unemployment insurance (UI) from any state or have exhausted unemployment insurance from any state within  the last 24 months, or meet the definition of a displaced homemaker, Boeing displaced worker, disaster-impacted worker, vulnerable worker, eligible veteran or unemployed but was self-employed individual,   AND
 
2.  Enroll in professional-technical classes.  This could include a degree, certificate, a set of job skills or basic skills needed to prepare for a professional-technical field.
