Also due to the mounting problems dealing with poor behavior in class, student to student or any unusual behaviour that you see, you can call (509-423-3705 or call 6911 on a campus phone). Put this number in your phone for speed dial and, of course, only call if it is ANY KIND OF EMERGENCY or SERIOUS CONCERNS.
The Special Populations Office: The Disability Support Services Office has been designated by the college as the primary office to guide, coach and assist students with disabilities. If you receive services (or think you should) through that office and require accommodations for this class, make an appointment with Carla as soon as possible to discuss your approved accommodation needs. Carla will then notify me of your needs, but all information about you is in strictest confidence and stays in her office. The Special Populations Coordinator will require appropriate documentation of disability. The use of that office is voluntary. The present special populations coordinator is Carla Boyd. Her phone number is 682-6854. Her office is located in Wenatchi Hall on the first floor behind cashier.
Our counselors are Bertha Sanchez and Christine Johnson. 682-6856 for an appointment. They can help with many issues related or unrelated to college. Their offices are also behind cashier on the first floor of Wenatchi Hall.
